Because this site offers paid consultation sessions, a refund policy applies. The terms below cover cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, and sessions already started.

Eligibility
A session fee is refundable in the following cases:
- You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time — full refund.
- We cancel the session — full refund.
- The session cannot be held due to a technical failure on our side (video session) — full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.
A session fee is not refundable when:
- You cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time (50% of the fee is retained to cover the reserved slot).
- You do not attend without notice (the full fee is payable, no refund).
- The session has already started and you choose to end it early.
Timeframe
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the session date or cancellation. Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: 100% of the session fee, when the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the session or we cancel.
- Partial refund: 50% of the session fee, when you cancel within 24 hours of the session.
- No refund: for no-shows or sessions already started.
Non-refundable items
There are no non-refundable deposits. The only non-refundable case is a no-show or a session already started, as above.
How to request a refund
Email info@gridlayer-core.digital with the subject “Refund request” and the date of your session. We reply within 7 days with a decision. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once at no charge if you give at least 24 hours notice. Further rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Deposits
We do not take deposits. The session fee is paid after the session.
No-shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the full fee is payable and no refund is given. If you give notice before the session that you cannot attend, the standard cancellation terms above apply.
Work already started
A session is considered “started” from the moment the orientation call or paid session begins. Once a session has started, the fee is not refundable, because the planner’s time has been committed.
