This notice follows the structure of a Korean 개인정보처리방침 (Personal Information Processing Policy) under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). It describes what personal information we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Items of personal information processed
We process only the personal information you choose to send us through the inquiry form or by direct contact:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- The short message you write about your situation
- The topic you select (household budget, emergency fund, both, other)
We do not collect: bank or card statements through this website. If you share financial documents during a session, they are handled during the session and not stored on our systems afterwards.
Purposes of collection and use
We use the personal information above only to:
- Reply to your inquiry and propose a session time
- Conduct the free 20-minute orientation call
- Hold the paid 60-minute consultation session
- Send one follow-up message within 14 days of the session
We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry and holding the session.
Retention and use periods
Your inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to complete the purpose above:
- If you do not book a session: your inquiry is deleted within 60 days of your last message.
- If you book a session: your inquiry and session notes are kept for 90 days after the session, then deleted.
- If you request deletion earlier, we delete the information within 14 days of the request.
Third-party sharing and consignment
We do not share your personal information with any third party. We do not use any external processor or cloud service to store inquiry data. The form on this site posts to a handler on the same domain (gridlayer-core.digital); no third-party service receives the data.
Analytics and tracking
No analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts run on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is your cookie-consent choice (see the cookie notice). This is true and is stated consistently across this notice, the cookie notice, and the consent banner.
Data-subject rights
Under PIPA you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time

Security measures
Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to a same-domain handler. Access to stored inquiry data is restricted to the representative director. We do not store payment card details on our systems; session fees are paid after the session by bank transfer or card through a separate payment channel.
Children’s personal information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14. Our service is directed at adults managing their own household finances.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or why, this page is updated and the review date below is changed. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the notice.
